The applicant must have at least 4 years’ experience of the powder coating process.
Be fully proficient with cleaning down guns for colour change preferably GEMA but it isn’t essential.
Take care of the preventative maintenance for the whole paint plant.
Take daily readings for the Iron Phosphate Pre-Treatment plant and adjust the chemical levels to comply with discharge requirements.
Oversee the stock control of both sub-contract and core business paints.
This is a hands-on role and will involve all paint shop duties including, spraying, hanging, packing etc... ensuring that the paint quality and DFT is checked before anything leaves the paint shop.
